and Applewood for 12-24 hours. Slow “pit” cooking gives
our BBQ a wonderful smoky flavor that naturally tenderizes

are served directly from the pit to the plate, never

CREEK INN
The
exterior of the Cedar Creek Inn almost seems to be an
extension of the Mission San Juan Capistrano, which
is located across the street. The adobe walls are the
same color as the Mission with hanging plants throughout
the wide, tree shaded patio. The unique interior carries
on the mission adobe theme while showcasing outstanding
architectural rockwork. Light flows in through wood
trimmed, curved windows and doors set into massive stone
arches of charcoal colored Idaho quark rock. Three fireplaces
inside further display the master stone mason's expertise.
The cuisine is popular American fare. The restaurant
is open seven days a week with entertainment at 6 PM
Wednesday through Sunday. It also has a full bar and
glorious Sunday brunch from 10 AM to 3 PM. The Cedar

ADOBE de CAPISTRANO
 Designated
as a Historical Landmark, El Adobe de Capistrano ~s
history. El Adobe is a sprawling restaurant that has
evolved from one of the oldest private buildings in
California, The Yorba Adobe, built in 1778. Located
between San Diego and Los Angeles, El Adobe has long
been known as a gathering place for people of all ages
and walks of life. In addition, it was a favorite of
President Nixon when he resided at the Western White
House and seating at the ~Presidential Table" is available.
The menu is casual early California, Mexican and seafood.
Many choose to dine in the big courtyard that doubles
as a wedding chapel. El Adobe has a full bar, is open

IN THE FIRE
 This
is the newest BeachFire Venture situated on the historic
San Clemente Municipal Golf course. This gorgeous Hacienda
style club house and restaurant will open in November
2007 with golf course and ocean views. The Event venue
has already starting booking for weddings up to 250

With
over 50 years of history of home made pies, cookies
and soups, Marie Callender's is as American as...well,
as apple pie!
The
Spanish style free standing building fits right in with
the San Juan Capistrano Mission atmosphere. The interior
has homey charm, too, with country curtains at the windows,
ceramic tile underfoot and faux vines decorating the
walls. Kids eat free on Monday & Tuesday. The family
friendly restaurant is open Monday through Saturday
from 11 AM to 10 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 10 Pl\/
with Brunch being served the first part of the day.
There is a full bar with a large separate bar area celebrating
"Happy Hour", Monday through Friday from 4 PM until
